Join me in this experiential Cheese making workshop, where I will be sharing my decade rich-knowledge about making Cheese in an Indian kitchen. My only focus will be towards simplifying the process as much as possible and sharing all the tips and tricks, to make Cheese making easy fun and enjoyable.

Who is this Workshop for?

This is a beginner Level Class for all newbies who wish to enter the Cheese-Making arena. This workshop is great for bakers, chefs, restaurateurs, home-chefs or just about anyone who is curious to learn Cheese making! Go on get yourself some Cheesy Freedom!

You will learn:


Simple Melty Cheese

This is a super easy Melty Cheese that you can whip up in no time in your home!! This is my own creation, that works specially for Indian home kitchens using everyday tools!


Tomme Style Cheese

This is one of the easiest Hard Cheese to start with! It will surely give you wings!


Gouda Cheese

This is our Signature Cheese, which people have loved and savored. Its a washed curd cheese and it works very well for the Indian Climate and the Indian palate!


Fresh Cheese

Quark, Snowcake, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Mascrapone Cheese, marinated cheese, flavoured cheese balls, sour cream! You will be making all of this!


  1. Learn to make Gouda, Simple melty cheese, simple hard cheese, fresh cheese (Quark, Snowcake, cream cheese, Boursin, flavoured cheese balls, marinated cheese balls, Sour Cream & Mascarpone Cheese )
  2. You will be making cheese from raw milk, Pasteurization process will be shown and the final cheese can be taken home with you!
  3. Handson Cheese Making workshop, where you will get your own individual station to make Cheese.
  4. Taste, smell, and feel the cheese through the entire process
  5. Breakfast, Lunch & evening Coffee will be provided!
  6. Recipe notes, Source links and contacts for all the ingredients & tools, will be provided
  7. Lots of tips and tricks to make these cheeses in your own homes, using everday tools.
  8. Personal attention and guidance while making these Cheese
  9. Space: It will be a very clean comfortable and airy room with Airconditioning.
  10. Queries related to the workshop will be addressed via whas app & email over next 6 months!

Dhvani Desai: Founder & Head Cheese-maker at Casa Del Cheese will be conducting this workshop. She has been making Cheese for the past 10 years. And considers herself as a master in Cheese making, specially within the tropical regions. Dhvani has been extremely passionate about the art of Cheese Making. And her ultimate goal while running Casa Del Cheese was to ensure that each and every customer enjoys the experience of consuming Cheese!! Some of her extremely popular creations has been Truffle Snowcake, Cranberry & seeds Snowcake, Greek style Feta, Farmers Cheese, Ash Mushroom Brie, Patra Ni cheese ( leaf wrapped brie) and Gruyere. This workshop will enable the participant to make their own Snowcake Cheese! Her cheeses have been extremely popular and she has learned to make cheese to suit the Indian palate.
