Join me in this experiential Cheese making workshop, where I will be sharing my decade rich-knowledge about making Cheese in an Indian kitchen. My only focus will be towards simplifying the process as much as possible and sharing all the tips and tricks, to make Cheese making easy fun and enjoyable.

Who is this Workshop for?

This is an Advanced Level Class ideally for those who have taken up any of my prior workshops. We will deep dive straight into making these complex Cheeses, using simple techniques.
If you want to indulge in cheesemaking as passion and love to experiment, this course is apt for you! Its a beautiful experience, to see these cheeses finally take form. This workshop is also great for homestay owners, farmstay owners, Cheese connoisseurs, wine enthusiasts, all those who enjoy the fine things in life!

Can you make these cheese in your home kitchen?

Yes Absolutely! You can make them again and again. They dont need a lot of equipment. They will need skill, patience, a few special ingredients which can be shipped from abroad… Thats it!!

Who doesn’t love a brie cheese? Its super silky and gooey texture is addictive! Making brie is fairly easy and also extremely rewarding! And you can ripen it more or less depending on how strong or mild you like your cheese!



Mozzarella making is a true art, and getting this Cheese right is a huge achievement!! Lets try and make magic together with this Cheese!



Gruyere Cheese is a swiss cheese which melts beautifully! Its perfect for fondues. Its a great table cheese that sits perfectly on a platter! You can make this Cheese in your own home and I will show you how you can do so!!!



This squeaky Cheese can turn your meal into a gourmet one!! And its super simple to make!! Once you learn, you will never go back to the store bought halloumi!

  2. You will be making cheese from raw milk, Pasteurization process will be shown and the final cheese can be taken home with you!

And considers herself as a master in Cheese making, specially within the tropical regions. Dhvani has been extremely passionate about the art of Cheese Making. And her ultimate goal while running Casa Del Cheese was to ensure that each and every customer enjoys the experience of consuming Cheese!! Some of her extremely popular creations has been Truffle Snowcake, Cranberry & seeds Snowcake, Greek style Feta, Farmers Cheese, Ash Mushroom Brie, Patra Ni cheese ( leaf wrapped brie) and Gruyere. This workshop will enable the participant to make their own Snowcake Cheese! Her cheeses have been extremely popular and she has learned to make cheese to suit the Indian palate.
