Live Virtual Classes:
- For the online courses/masterclasses/mentorship programs we offer, if the session is cancelled by the instructor due to any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking. In every other case, payments made towards booking of any course/masterclass/class/mentorship program is non-refundable.
- Incase the client wishes to transfer the seat to the next available class event, he/she can send us a request by email 48 hours prior to the class date.
- If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, please let us know and we will adjust our guest list accordingly.
Recorded Virtual Class:
All recorded Classes are non refundable
Physical Class:

Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed by cheque payment within30 days after intimation by the customer.
