Refund Policy

Live Virtual Classes:

  1. For the online courses/masterclasses/mentorship programs we offer, if the session is cancelled by the instructor due to any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking. In every other case, payments made towards booking of any course/masterclass/class/mentorship program is non-refundable.
  2. Incase the client wishes to transfer the seat to the next available class event, he/she can send us a request by email 48 hours prior to the class date.
  3. If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, please let us know and we will adjust our guest list accordingly.

Recorded Virtual Class:

All recorded Classes are non refundable

Physical Class:

  • For the offline courses/physical masterclasses/mentorship programs we offer, if the session is cancelled by the instructor due to any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking. Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed by cheque payment within30 days after intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
