Do I need any prior experience in cheese-making?

Not at all! Our course is designed for complete beginners. We start from the very basics and guide you step-by-step through the entire cheese-making process. Whether you’re a home cook or a culinary enthusiast, you’ll find our program easy to follow.

What equipment do I need to get started?

One of the best parts about our program is that you don’t need any expensive or heavy machinery. You can make authentic cheeses using basic kitchen equipment you already have—pots, thermometers, spoons, and cheesecloth. We provide a complete list of simple, affordable equipment during the course.

Do i need to import ingredients from abroad

Absolutely not! We’ve specifically designed our methods to use ingredients that are readily available in India. All the cultures, enzymes, and other materials needed can be sourced locally without importing anything from abroad. We’ll guide you on where to find everything.

Will you be sharing all information about ingredients?

Absolutely! You will be given proper details as to where to source the ingredients, and exact recipes of how to use the ingredients and make cheese from it! All recipes are proper video recipes!

Are the cheese made without preservatives and chemicals?

Yes! We focus exclusively on natural, authentic cheese-making. All our methods use natural ingredients without any artificial preservatives, chemicals, or additives. You’ll be making pure, healthy cheese just like it’s been made for centuries in Europe.

For how long will I get access to all the course modules?

You will get access to the course modules for 5 whole years, which is ample of time for you master the Cheese making Process!

Can I start selling selling homemade cheese?

Many of our students have successfully started their own small-scale cheese businesses! However this particular program will only teach you how to make all the above cheeses at home in small quantities. We can look at a consulting arrangement with Dhvani, incase you want to turn into a full fledged business!

What kind of milk should I use?

You will need best quality milk. Primarily all cheeses are taught using cow milk, except for quark cheese which is taught using buffalo cow and goat milk. We teach you how to select the right milk for cheese making along with the pasteurization process

Will I need a refrigerator to store the cheese?

Yes you will need a refrigerator to store the Cheeses!

How much does it cost to make cheese at home

Making cheese at home is surprisingly economical. The tools and ingredients together including thermometer will cost roughly 5.5k to 6k Rs.

Can I make cheese in small kitchen or apartment?

Absolutely! You don’t need a large space or special setup. Most cheeses can be made in any standard kitchen using regular stoves and refrigerators.

What if I want to sign up now and start after 3 months?

Yes you can request to defer the start date upto 3 months from signing up. You can choose your preferred start date. Your plan will begin from that selected date. Beyond 3 months, you will need to request, if the course is on they we are happy to extend.

Is this pure vegetarian cheese?

Yes, the cheese used is 100% vegetarian and made using vegetarian rennet.

Is this vegan or dairy cheese?

It is full fat dairy-based cheese and not vegan.
